It works great, very quiet, and it only took us two hours to assemble. While it is heavy, it is not too heavy to move, and it slides really easily. The assembly instructions are a bit tricky, but take your time, and it is a straightforward, step by step process. There were two of us putting it together which made it easier, but it could be assembled by one adept person. I gave it a four star rating for only two reasons, which are: 1) I would love a little more resistence, and 2) I want a simple ride, without a lot of bells and whistles -- tricky to just set it to the resistence you want and then go, as there are many "ride" options. However, once you get the hang of it, it is easy. This is a terrific bike, and I would recommend it to anyone.
