It was quite easy to assemble and did not take too long. The only con I can think of is that they should have put more levels of resistance on it. I am a woman, 5'6'' and weigh about 135 lbs. I can row on the highest resistance, so I think men with more body strength could use more resistance. It was a little pricey, but it is definetly a quality machine compared to some I have tried. Very sturdy and folds up easily. I would recommend it.
