I ralize the cost was pretty cheap, but the comfort waulity of the sandle was very disappointing. The shoe is made sturdily, but inside (where my foot goes) was poorly engineered. The foot-base which on regular Birkenstocks is usually quite soft and comfortable was rough and annoying, while the inside by the sdie of my foot was uneven and raouhg as well. I finally wound up putting some tape inside to alleviate some of the rubbing. may after a few months of wear they might soften up a bit. Again, you get hwat you pay for.
