Sizes: One size fits all *Reader Reviews* These types of straps are really great for knee pain when you've got a kneecap that doesn't want to slide into it's groove right. This is a very nice quality strap that has a soft lining that feels good against the skin. I found it to be VERY comfortable. With the McDavid strap, there is no buckle. It simply wraps around the leg using Velcro. It's lining is soft and I can wear it for long periods of time with no discomfort or other problems at all. As a side note, I purchased a competitor's strap (Futuro Adjustable Sport Knee Strap, One Size Adjustable (Pack of 2)) that was not comfortable for me at all because of a buckle that pressed against my skin and pinched when I bent my knee. I would definitely recommend this strap as a better alternative.
