Good item to ice down the shoulder after exertion without having to sit in one place for the cooldown, just to keep the ice or coldpack from slipping off. Just strap it on the shoulder and away you go. *Reader Reviews* I tell you this is the best product I have purchased for my shoulder. It really does work. I use it 2 times a day at work. It helps to releave the swelling and pain in my shoulder.. I use it on both my morning break and afternoon break then in the evening before bed I use it again. I keep it on for 10 minutes each time. I like it better than the ice pack they use at the therapy place I go to. I would definately recomend this product to everyone who had had shoulder surgery.. I give this product 2 thumbs up.. :) I even told my surgeon about this product and also told him where to find it.. :)
